Our Services. Pink Petal Cleaning delivers Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Pink Petal Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Pink Petal Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Pink Petal Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink Petal Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
